This Amended and Restated International Distribution Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered this 8th day of July, 2002 (“Effective Date”) by and between Castelle, Inc., a California corporation having its principal place of business located at 855 Jarvis Drive, Suite 100,, Morgan Hill, California 95037, U.S.A. Castelle and Distributor are collectively referred to below as the “parties” and individually as a “party”.
