For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, BLUE HOLDINGS, INC. and ANTIK DENIM, LLC (hereinafter collectively and individually referred to as "Guarantor") hereby unconditionally and irrevocably deliver this Guaranty to FTC COMMERCIAL CORP.
