This Investment Advisory Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of October 13, 2016, by and between USCF ETF Trust, a Delaware trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of each series of its series listed on Appendix A (each, a “Fund”) and USCF Advisers LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Adviser”).
