LIQUIDATING TRUST AGREEMENT (this “Trust Agreement”) made this 22nd day of August, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), by and between FSP Property Management LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as the “Trustee”), on behalf of the holders of the Corporation’s capital stock, as grantors, and FSP 50 South Tenth Street Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Corporation”).
