This Executive Employment Agreement (together with any Exhibit hereto, this “Agreement”) is entered into on this 18th day of November, 2011, and is made by and between NORTHERN TECHNOLOGIES INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), with its principal place of business at 4201 Woodland Road, Circle Pines, MN 55014, and G.
