This AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of March 19, 2012, is entered into by and among Steelcase Inc., a Michigan corporation, as the Company, the Subsidiary Borrowers from time to time parties hereto, the institutions from time to time parties hereto as Lenders, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Administrative Agent for itself and the other Lenders, and Bank of America, N.A., Fifth Third Bank and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Documentation Agents.
