AMENDMENT NO. 4, dated as of June 7, 2013 (this “Amendment”), among ROCK-TENN COMPANY, a Georgia corporation (the “Company”), ROCKTENN COMPANY OF CANADA HOLDINGS CORP./COMPAGNIE DE HOLDINGS ROCKTENN DU CANADA CORP.
