This MANUFACTURING AND SUPPLY AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is effective November 1, 2013 (“Effective Date”), and is made and entered into by and between UNITED-GUARDIAN, INC. (“UNITED”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, with its principal place of business at 230 Marcus Blvd., P.O.
