This Severance and General Release Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is made this 13th day of October, 2014, by and between Terrell Ackerman of 5148 Hazelnut Avenue, Billings, Montana 59106 (“Employee”) and Stillwater Mining Company, of 1321 Discovery Drive, Billings, Montana 59102 (“Employer”), (collectively “the Parties”).
