This First Amendment Agreement (this "Agreement"), is made and entered into as of October 30, 2015, by and between QC HOLDINGS, INC., a Kansas corporation (the "Borrower"), the Lenders that are parties hereto (being hereinafter referred to individually as a "Lender" or collectively as the "Lenders"), and U.
