This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 1st day of January, 2016 and is made by and between PREMIER EXHIBITIONS, INC., a Florida corporation (the “Company”), and Daoping Bao (the “Executive”). The Company and the Executive may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
