This SIXTH AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT AND FIRST AMENDMENT TO LINE OF CREDIT NOTE (this “Amendment”) is made effective and executed as of November 9, 2016, by and among WILHELMINA INTERNATIONAL, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Borrower”), ZB, N.A. dba AMEGY BANK (“Bank”), and each of the Guarantors set forth on the signature pages hereof (each a “Guarantor”, and collectively the “Guarantors”).
