This EIGHTH AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT AND WAIVER (this “Amendment”) is made effective and executed as of August 1, 2017, by and among WILHELMINA INTERNATIONAL, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Borrower”), ZB, N.A. dba AMEGY BANK (“Bank”), and each of the Guarantors set forth on the signature pages hereof (each a “Guarantor”, and collectively the “Guarantors”).
