REPLACEMENT FACILITY AMENDMENT, dated as of February 15, 2018 (this “Amendment”), to the Credit Agreement (as defined below), among ALLSCRIPTS HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), ALLSCRIPTS HEALTHCARE, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (the “Co-Borrower”), the lenders from time to time parties hereto and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., as administrative agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”).
