This REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated July 10, 2019, is made and entered into by and among Liberty Tax, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and the Persons listed on Schedule 1 hereto (collectively, the “Investors”).
