THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made on this 15th day of August, 2019 to become effective and commence upon September 3, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and between 3D Systems Corporation, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Company”), and Todd Booth (“Executive”).
