This Employee Invention, Non-Disclosure, Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is dated as of November 15, 2019 and is by and between RenovaCare, Inc., a Nevada corporation with offices at 9375 East Shea Blvd., Suite 107-A Scottsdale, AZ 85260 (the “Company”) and Alan L.
