This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) made and entered into effective as of the 19th day of March 2021 (the “Effective Date”) by and between J. Melville Engle, an individual, residing at 8778 E. 152nd Place, Thornton, CO 80602 (“Employee”), and Predictive Oncology Inc., 2915 Commers Drive, Suite 900, Eagan, Minnesota 55121, a Delaware corporation (“Company”), collectively referred to as “the Parties”.
