This Second Amended and Restated Executive Agreement (“Agreement”) between Huttig Building Products, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with its principal office located at 555 Maryville University Drive, Suite 400, St. Louis, Missouri 63141, (the “Company”) and Jon Vrabely (“Executive”) is effective as of the 10th day of May, 2021 (the “Effective Date”).
