THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED LOAN AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is entered into as of August 31, 2021, between NORTHERN TECHNOLOGIES INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), with an address at 4201 WOODLAND ROAD, CIRCLE PINES, MINNESOTA 55014-1794, and PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (the “Bank”), with an address at 1900 E 9th St, Cleveland, OH 44114. This Agreement amends, restates and replaces that certain Loan Agreement dated January 10, 2011 between the Bank and the Borrower.
