This Separation and Release of Claims Agreement (“Agreement”) dated as of January 18, 2022 (the “Execution Date”) is entered into by and between SolarWindow Technologies, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), on behalf of itself, its parent, directly and indirectly owned subsidiaries, and other corporate affiliates, and each of their respective present and former employees, officers, directors, owners, shareholders, and agents, individually and in their official capacities (collectively referred to as the “Company Group”), Vector Asset Management, Inc., a British Columbia, Canada corporation (“VAMI”) and Jatinder S.
