This Separation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Fusion Fuel USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“FFUSA”), Fusion Fuel Green PLC, an Irish public limited company (“FFG”) (FFUSA and FFG, collectively referred to herein from time to time, the “Companies” and each individually referred to herein from time to time as the “Company”) and Zachary Steele (the “Executive”), effective as of June 2, 2023 (the “Effective Date”).
