This Consulting Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made as of this __ day of April 2010, between Shrink Nanotechnologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), and Bruce Peterson (the "Consultant") and shall be effective upon execution by the Company and the Consultant (the "Effective Date").
