THIS FOURTEENTH AMENDMENT TO LOAN AGREEMENT (the "Amendment") is made and entered into as of the 17th day of November, 2014, by and among P.A.M. Box 188, Tontitown, Arkansas 72770, party of the first part, hereinafter called "Borrower," FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States, with its principal place of business at 165 Madison Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee 38103, party of the second part, hereinafter called "Bank," P.A.M.
