This Change in Control Termination Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of July 1, 2019, between Middlesex Water Company, a New Jersey corporation, with its principal place of business located at 485C Route One South, Suite 400, Iselin, New Jersey 08830, (the “Company”), and G. Christian Andreasen, residing at XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX (referred to as “You” in this Agreement).
