This Long-Term Firm Portfolio Energy Credit and Renewable Power Purchase Agreement is made and entered into as of August 18 2006 (the “Effective Date”) by and between NEVADA POWER COMPANY a Nevada corporation (“Buyer”), and NEVADA GEOTHERMAL POWER COMPANY, a Nevada limited liability company (“Supplier”).
