(the “Company”), this letter agreement (the “Letter Agreement”) sets forth the terms of your retirement and your transition to providing consulting services for the Company. If you agree with the terms described in this Letter Agreement, which include a general release, please sign in the space provided below and return it to me. You must also reaffirm the release and restrictive covenants in this Letter Agreement following your Transition Date as described in Paragraph No. 12(b) (your “Reaffirmation”).
