Pacific Ltd., Company No. 513973289, an Israeli corporation (the “Company” or the “Seller”), and - Presaco Investments Limited, a company registered in Cyprus (“Buyer”), and Global Energy Inc., Company No. 860951473, a Company registered in Nevada (the “Guarantor”).
