(the “Holder”) is entitled, upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Warrant, to subscribe for and purchase from the Company, up to _____ Ordinary Shares of the Company, nominal value NIS 1.00 each (the “Warrant Shares”) at a purchase price as detailed in Section 2 hereof (the “Exercise Price”).
