This REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT, dated as of [●], 2022, (this “Agreement”), is made between Allot Ltd., a company limited by shares organized under the laws of the State of Israel (the “Company”), and Lynrock Lake Master Fund LP, a Cayman Islands Exempted Limited Partnership (the “Investor”).
