This Agreement is made on 30 June 2006 Between: (1) Daniel Abrams of 8a Gordon Avenue, Stanmore, Middlesex HA7 3QD (the "Employee"); and (2) Cambridge Display Technology Limited (Company number: 02672530) whose registered office is at Building 2020, Cambourne Business Park, Cambridgeshire, CB3 6DW (the "Company"). Background: (A) The Employee is currently employed by the Company as Chief Financial Officer. (B) The Employee asserts various claims against the Company arising out of the impending termination of his employment by mutual consent. (C) The parties have agreed terms of settlement of such claims as set out in this Agreement. It is agreed as follows: 1.
