This Employment Agreement (this "Agreement") is made effective August 18, 2008 by and between Tesco Corporation, a corporation organized under the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada (hereinafter referred to as "Employer" or the "Company") and Robert L. Kayl (hereinafter referred to as "Executive") and supersedes the Change of Control Agreement between Executive and the Company dated August 15, 2005 ("Change of Control Agreement"). Employer and Executive are collectively referred to herein as the "Parties," and individually referred to as a "Party."
