("HSI" or the "Company"), I am pleased to confirm the terms of your promotion to the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of the Company in this letter agreement (the "Agreement"). All amounts in this Agreement are denominated in U.S. dollars. This Agreement shall constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company relating to your employment, and shall supersede all prior agreements, arrangements, representations or promises, whether oral or written.
