THIS LOAN AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of March 3, 2011, is made and entered into by and between ISRAMCO, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower or "Isramco”) and I. O. C. - ISRAEL OIL COMPANY, LTD. (the “Lender”).
