THIS AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Amendment No. 2”) is executed as of January 31, 2013, by and among RENEW RESOURCES, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company (“Seller”), TODD M.
