This Stock Acquisition Agreement is made effective as of the 22 day of March, 2013 by and among Nova LifeStyle, Inc, a Nevada corporation, with its primary office at 6541 E. Washington Blvd., Commerce, California, 90040 (“Buyer”), Mr. Zhu Wei, a citizen of Hong Kong with his address of 29F Metroplaza Tower, 2223 Hing Fong road , Kwai Chung NNT Hong Kong ( “Seller” ), and Bright Swallow International Group Limited, a British Virgin Island (“BVI”) corporation with its primary address at Room 502, Tower 6, Ming Li Court, Muhu Garden, Nanhu District, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, China.
