THIS VOTING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of August 7, 2013, as amended, is entered into by and among Apple REIT Seven, Inc., a Virginia corporation (“Apple Seven”), Apple REIT Eight, Inc., a Virginia corporation (“Apple Eight”), and Apple REIT Nine, Inc., a Virginia corporation (“Apple Nine,” and collectively with Apple Seven and Apple Eight, the “Apple REITs” or individually, an “Apple REIT”), and Glade M.
