THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is signed on the 24th day of December, 2014, effective as of the 1st day of January, 2015, by and among Arotech Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Arotech”), and Epsilor-Electric Fuel Ltd., an Israeli company (“Epsilor-EFL” and together with Arotech, the “Companies”), and Mr. Robert S. Ehrlich, Israel I.D. Number 303673487 (the “Executive”).
