THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is signed on the 16th day of February, 2016, effective as of the 1st day of July, 2016, by and between Epsilor-Electric Fuel Ltd., an Israeli corporation (“Epsilor”), Arotech Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Arotech” and, together with Epsilor, the “Company”) and Mr. Steven Esses (the “Executive”).
