This AMENDMENT is in clarification and amendment of that certain EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") dated March 28, 2013, (“Effective Date”) by and between T Bancshares, Inc., and its wholly owned subsidiary T Bank, N.A.
