THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of May 15, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Znergy, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Employer” or the “Company”) and David J. Baker, an individual residing in Syracuse, Indiana (the “Executive”). Certain definitions in this Agreement are defined in Exhibit C attached hereto.
