THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of July10th, 2017, by and between Znergy, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Employer” or the “Company”) and Ryan Smith, an individual residing in Syracuse, Indiana (the “Executive”). Certain definitions in this Agreement are defined in Exhibit C attached hereto.
