This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 27th day of February, 2018, to be effective as of November 14, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Nova Lifestyle Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and Min Su (the “Executive”).
