This MANAGEMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of September 4, 2020 for services begun June 2, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between TN3 LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (the “Service Provider”), and NovAccess Global Inc., a Colorado corporation (together with its subsidiaries, the “Company”). Service Provider and the Company are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
