This SECURITIES PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of August 7, 2023, by and between MIKE THE PIKE PRODUCTIONS, INC., a Arizona corporation, with headquarters located at 20860 N. Tatum Blvd, Suite 328, Phoenix, AZ 85050 (the “Company”), and John Neville at 15 Stayman Lane, Sewell, NJ 08080 (the “Buyer”).
