This Performance Stock Unit Agreement, including the country-specific terms set forth in the attached Appendix (collectively the “Agreement”), describes in detail your rights with respect to the Performance Stock Units (“PSUs”) granted herein (“LTI Award”) and sets forth the conditions, terms and limitations applicable to this grant, subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.
