CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of March 22, 2011, among GREENWAY MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES, INC., a Georgia corporation (“Borrower”), each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, “Lenders” and individually, a “Lender”), and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as Administrative Agent and L/C Issuer.

THIS LEASE AGREEMENT (this “Lease”) is made and entered into as of the first day of July, 2000, by and between ELIZABETH VILLAGE, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, hereinafter referred to as “Landlord”, and GREEN WAY MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES, INC., a Georgia corporation, hereinafter referred to as “Tenant”.
