THIS JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of July 11, 2012, by and among ENERGY TECHNOLOGY SERVICES CO. LTD., an international company incorporated in Taiwan (“ETS”), and TURBINE TRUCK ENGINES, INC., a U.S. Corporation incorporated in the State of Nevada (“TTE”).
