THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT is executed effective as of September 30, 2003, by and among Troy H. Lowrie, a resident of the State of Colorado (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”), VCG Holding Corp., a Colorado corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”), and International Entertainment Consultants, Inc., a Colorado corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
