THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between FARM BUREAU MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY, an Iowa corporation, (hereinafter referred to as “Farm Bureau Mutual”), and FBL Financial Group, Inc., an Iowa corporation, (hereinafter referred to as “FBL”).

This Credit Agreement, dated as of December 18, 2003, is entered into by and among FBL FINANCIAL GROUP, INC., an Iowa corporation, the financial institutions from time to time parties hereto as Lenders (whether by execution of this Agreement or by an assignment pursuant to Section 12.3), and LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association, as Administrative Agent.
